This program embraces both the Swiss Philosophy of Hospitality Education and the internationally recognized best practices in its approach to Work Based Learning (WBL). Hence, through this program students are equipped with the knowledge and skills on the operations of the hotel and hospitality industry, as well as the fundamentals of business, management, marketing, economics and accounting.

Because it adopts a WBL, in the curriculum, students are exposed to leadership and soft skills that will mould them into competent graduates who are ready to take their career to the next level.

Apart from the emphasis placed at the workplace, practical experiences are gained through:

  • SPM 3 credits in any subjects or
  • GCE/ O Level 3 credits in any subjects or
  • UEC 3 subjects with grade B or
  • Certificate in the relevant fields from EWIC or recognized institution by the government of Malaysia with PNGK/CGPA 2.00 or
  • Other equivalent qualifications as recognized by the government of Malaysia.
